Is delivery chargeable?

Yes. It’s chargeable by weight, once packed. We offer free delivery on purchases over £105 and you will receive free UK delivery on your first order when you sign-up to our Newsletter.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for up-to-date delivery charges.

How will my item be packed?

We pack smaller items with tissue paper, bubble wrap in a single layer cardboard box. Heavier items will be packed in thicker double walled cardboard boxes with tissue paper, large bubble wrap and packing chips. All orders will come with a thank you note and business card.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched on Wednesdays. If you require your order to be dispatched sooner, please get in touch.

Can I track my order?

Orders under £100 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, signed-for service.

Orders over £100 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, which is trackable.

Orders over 2kg are sent by Parcelforce 48h service, which is trackable.

Please contact us if you wish to track your parcel.

What if my purchase is damaged in transit?

In the very rare instance an item gets damaged in the post, we will send you a replacement item free of charge once you shown evidence, by emailing images of the broken piece. Over the last 15 years of sending glass by Royal Mail and UPS, we have only had two broken pieces.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind, please return your item within 14 days of receiving it to qualify for a full refund (we will not cover the cost of the return postage though). Please return the item well packed in the original packaging.
